Our Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems:

When you receive your order, please inspect the item and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), special orders, or personalized items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes:

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.

European Union 14 Days Cancellation Right:

In addition to the above situations, if the products are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason or justification. Again, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of the refund and if the return is approved, we will automatically refund your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
